Craftsmanship & Manufacturing

Meticulous Crafting, Real-World Reliability

We import premium carbon fibre (from Germany), manage it in controlled environments, and carefully orient each ply (woven + unidirectional) for ideal strength characteristics.
Each wheel is built from ~200 individual carbon pieces, autoclave-cured under heat & pressure, then scanned and tested for structural integrity.

All aesthetic elements are intentional — the weave design, finish, paint with UV protection — ensuring form lives up to function.

Blackstone Tek (BST) is a global leader in designing and manufacturing carbon composite wheels and structural components for motorcycles and cars. With over 25 years of experience and more than 50,000 wheels on the road, BST supplies safe, high-performance carbon fibre wheels to all vehicle classes.

Each wheel is crafted from epoxy-resin pre-impregnated carbon fibre, using four different weave and fibre modulus variations precisely hand-laid for optimal strength. The wheels are then cured under controlled pressure and temperature, forming a strong, rigid monocoque structure.

Every wheel undergoes a full CT scan and geometric inspection to ensure it’s free of structural defects and meets BST’s stringent safety and quality standards.
